What does a session look like?

• Prior to the session

  • You’ll receive instructions on how what to do inlcuding payment options.

  • You’ll be asked to film yourself moving and send the videos prior to the session for your physio to review

• What you need

  • Choose your preferred video phone option - zoom / skype / facetime

  • Equipment / Set up

    • a laptop / phone or ipad

    • Space to move

    • ideally a mirror in the room

    • A chair to sit on

• During the session

  • We’ll chat through your goals - you’ll have completed a questionaire before we meet so will review this.

  • We’ll share our feedback on the videos you sent and you’ll be asked to compelte a number of other movemnents

  • We’ll get you moving and retest how the mvoemetns are helping

  • We’ll devise an exercise program for you to complete

• After the session

  • We’ll send you an invoice to claim - through whitecoat

  • We’ll send you the exercise videos

  • we’ll book in your next session
